Position Overview:
As Senior Associate – Analytics, you will play a critical role in analyzing and interpreting operational and transactional data to identify opportunities for improvement within the revenue cycle management process. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operators, and other technology groups, to develop solutions based on LLMs/ Gen AI / AI / ML models that enhance revenue cycle performance.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Build solutions using LLMs/ Gen AI / AI / ML.
- Conduct thorough analysis of healthcare revenue cycle processes, including patient registration, prior authorization, billing, coding, claims processing, payment posting, and AR follow up.
- Identify areas of inefficiency within the revenue cycle and develop data-driven recommendations for process improvement.
- Work on multiple work-streams including data manipulation, automation and analyzing large data sets to find useful relationships, trends and generate ideas that impact overall profitability of the business.
- Analyze data to create opportunity / impact estimates, detailed process maps, root cause analysis, identify and prioritize potential solution options, prioritize optimizations / automations
- Collaborate with stakeholders to brainstorm opportunities, gather and document business requirements.
- Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for revenue optimization and cost reduction.
- Prepare and present executive summaries to stakeholders, conveying complex data in a clear and actionable manner.
- Oversee and manage deliverables from other data analysts
- Develop performance metrics and KPIs to track revenue cycle performance and measure the effectiveness of proposed solutions.
- Collaborate with other technology teams to design, implement, and test technology solutions that enhance revenue cycle operations.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in LLMs/ Gen AI / AI / ML
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, such as SQL, Advanced Excel, Python
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive meaningful insights.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on identifying root causes and proposing effective solutions.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively present complex information to stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, capable of managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to make effective independent decisions
