Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Manager to provide leadership and operational oversight across Security Operations (SOC), Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC), and Security Engineering functions. This role will drive team performance, execution excellence, workforce planning, and cybersecurity program maturity while supporting a fast-growing global environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage teams across SOC, GRC, and Security Engineering.
  • Drive execution, SLA adherence, operational governance, and delivery excellence.
  • Conduct performance management, coaching, and team development initiatives.
  • Manage workforce planning, resource allocation, and capability building.
  • Partner with cybersecurity leaders to align operations with business objectives.
  • Drive process improvements, automation, standardization, and audit readiness.
  • Monitor cybersecurity metrics, risks, and program effectiveness.

Required Skills

10-12 years of cybersecurity experience across SOC, GRC, and/or Security Engineering
✅ 3+ years of people management experience in a matrix or global environment
✅ Strong understanding of:
  • Security Operations (SOC, Incident Response, SIEM)
  • Governance, Risk & Compliance (HIPAA, HITRUST, Regulatory Compliance)
  • Security Engineering and Security Controls
  • Stakeholder Management and Delivery Governance
✅ Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • CISSP, CISM, CISA, GIAC, or equivalent certifications
  • Experience in Healthcare, GCC, or Managed Services environments
  • Exposure to AI-driven security operations and automation
  • Experience supporting HIPAA / HITRUST regulated environments
