Position Overview
- The Engineer will be responsible for technical development, deployment, and maintenance of automation solutions built at Ensemble Health Partners.
- He/ she will work with the Automation technical team to build end-to-end automation using technologies like RPA (Power Automate) and Agentic AI.
- He/she will also support the upskill and adoption of new tools across our team of developers. This position will be an integral part of the technical and solution maturation of the Automation team
Roles and Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver process automation solutions using RPA Power Automate and other technology applications
- Support SDLC functions for end-to-end design, build, test, production, and sign-off for every solution
- Build standalone solutions using scripting languages.
- Document thoroughly all solutions and gain approvals from the Automation and business teams
- Identify, vet, and deploy new technologies into the overall tool set, and support the learning and adoption of new tools across the team of engineers
- Work closely with the business and Solution Architect to understand operational challenges, help devise sound and scalable solutions, and build and deliver using development best practices within a timely fashion
- Collaborate with the Solution Architect, Director of Engineering, and other Automation team members as needed to support strategic goals
- Familiarity with Agentic AI and a commitment to gaining expertise
- Utilize prompt engineering methodologies and incorporate the RPA solution to facilitate agentic AI automation.
Required Skills
- Over two years of experience working with any RPA tool (Power Automate, A360, etc.)
- Technology certification (any RPA tool certificate)
- Basic knowledge of SQL scripting
- Knowledge of Image Recognition and OCR based bots
- Good knowledge of Prompt Engineering and Agentic AI
Preferred Skills
- Expansion of skill set into cognitive/AI based technologies
- Knowledge of other scripting languages (i.e. PowerShell, Python)
- Experienced in utilizing APIs within an RPA environment.
