Position Overview
What You Will Do
- Design, build, test, and maintain production automations in Python across web, Citrix, and API-driven workflows.
- Automate applications end to end: web automation (Playwright or Selenium), Citrix and virtual-desktop automation, and OCR or document-based automation.
- Build agentic and Computer Use Agent (CUA) automations that combine LLMs with UI control to handle tasks that rule-based bots cannot.
- Apply document processing and intelligent data extraction, blending OCR with LLMs to turn unstructured inputs into structured, usable data.
- Integrate REST and SOAP APIs (auth, pagination, retries, error handling), preferring API-driven steps over fragile UI wherever an API exists.
- Handle unattended-execution concerns: secure secret handling, MFA such as TOTP, scheduling, structured logging, and graceful recovery.
- Package automations as Docker containers, run them on Azure, and ship through Azure DevOps Git with PR review and CI/CD pipelines.
- Write and optimize advanced SQL against SQL Server for data-driven automations and reporting.
- Contribute to our shared automation platform, building reusable workers, connectors, and workflow components.
- Instrument what you build with structured logging, metrics, and Application Insights, and help triage and resolve production issues.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 4 years of professional experience building and running production automations or software, with Python at the center of your work.
Must-Have Skills
- Python (required): strong core Python (data structures, OOP, exception handling), clean modular code, virtual environments and dependency management (pip / poetry / uv), HTTP and API work (requests / httpx), parsing JSON, CSV, and Excel data, logging, and writing tests.
- Hands-on RPA delivery: production automations built in Python. Prior Power Automate / Power Automate Desktop experience is valued, and experience with any other RPA tool (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) is welcome, but Python is mandatory.
- Web, Citrix, and OCR automation: Playwright or Selenium for web, image / vision techniques for Citrix and virtual desktops, and OCR for documents.
- REST API integration: consuming third-party APIs with auth flows, pagination, retries, and error handling.
- Advanced SQL: SQL Server / T-SQL, complex joins, window functions, stored procedures, and query tuning.
- Azure fundamentals, hands-on with: Service Bus, Key Vault, Function Apps, Application Insights, Automation Runbooks, and Azure AI Foundry.
- Docker: containerizing automations and running them reliably.
- Git and CI/CD: Azure DevOps pipelines, PR workflow, and branching.
- Unattended-run fundamentals: secrets, MFA / TOTP, scheduling, and logging.
Preferred / Stand-Out
- Agentic automation and Computer Use Agent (CUA) experience: combining LLMs with UI control to build adaptive automations.
- AI / LLM engineering: Azure OpenAI, prompt design, and handling non-deterministic output.
- Open-source LLM experience: self-hosting or serving models (for example vLLM) and integrating them into automation.
- Document processing at scale: intelligent extraction from PDFs and scanned documents using OCR and LLMs.
- FastAPI + Pydantic: building small services and APIs that sit behind automations.
- Model Context Protocol (MCP) or comparable tool / adapter abstractions.
- Healthcare / regulated-data domain: familiarity with HIPAA constraints or Epic / FHIR integration.
Benefits
- Health Benefits and Insurance Coverage for family and parents. Accidental Insurance for the associate.
- Compliant with all Labor Laws- Maternity benefits, Paternity Leaves.
- Company Swags- Welcome Packages, Work Anniversary Kits
- Exclusive Referral Policy
- Professional Development Program and Reimbursements.
