Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Engineer to join our Product Engineering team. The ideal candidate will support the event engine team in backend development, primarily associated with message broker. This role requires expertise in .Net Core backend web services, RESTful APIs, Event-driven Architecture, and Relational Databases.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Work with lead engineer on a combination of C# and SQL/TSQL, supporting scalable, high transaction, event-driven data processing systems.
- Develop and maintain .Net Core backend web services and RESTful APIs.
- Implement and manage event-driven architecture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sprint commitments and help the team meet objectives.
Required Skills:
Proven experience as a .NET Developer with 10-13years of professional software development experience.
Strong proficiency in C# programming language and the .NET framework.
Experience with Dotnet core, and Rest API development, Open API Spec
Must have an experience Observability/telemetry tooling
Must have an experience in Asynchronous integration patterns
Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts and design patterns.
Database experience with SQL Server or other relational databases.
Knowledge of version control systems, preferably Git.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an agile environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with Event Driven Architecture
- Experience with REST APIs
- Understanding of CI/CD and IaC
- Medical Experience, HL7, Agentic AI (Azure AI Foundry)
